"The driver was on-time however did not meet us inside the terminal and had to wait for him on the parking space. But the most annoying part was the additional charge of £15 due to 3 small handbags... This could not be justified as they all fitted in the car. I paid less on the way to the airport with another company on top of that I had 4 large suitcases and 3 small handbags. So their was no need for additional charge. "

"My cab was cancelled due to the driver having COVID, I was due a flight that morning so I kindly asked the man on the phone to help me find another driver as the refund wasn’t an option for me. I couldn’t miss my flight! He called me back after half hour with another driver sorted to take me to the airport! The man literally saved my day! Excellent and helpful service! Would recommend this company"
